PNA Mutyper：結合PNA Clamp以及Real Typer技術(shù)，基于對Real-time PCR溶解曲線(xiàn)（Melting curve）分析，高效鑒別突變位點(diǎn)及突變類(lèi)型。

針對wild type DNA sequences設計PNA clamp probe，阻止wild type DNA擴增，針對mutant type DNA sequence設計含有fluorescent dye以及quencher的PNA detection probe，通過(guò)real-time PCR的melting curve鑒別突變位點(diǎn)。

由于PNA自身特性，PNA Mutyper能夠準確高效鑒別低至一個(gè)位點(diǎn)的突變。
